How do I upgrade to Premium?
You can upgrade to Premium directly within the Fitness Tests app. Simply go to Settings -> Upgrade to Premium and follow the instructions for in-app purchase.
Can I switch between Free and Premium?
Yes, you can cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which you'll revert to the Free plan. Your data for one user will be preserved.
Are there discounts for educational institutions?
Currently, we do not offer special pricing for educational institutions. All users access the same premium subscription options through the app.
What happens to my group data if I downgrade?
If you downgrade from Premium to Free, all your data will remain stored in the system. However, you will only be able to view and access one profile in the app. Your other profiles and group data will become accessible again if you choose to upgrade back to Premium.
Is there a limit to how many users I can track with Premium?
No, with the Premium plan you can track an unlimited number of users and organize them into as many groups as you need.
Is my data synchronized across devices?
Yes, all your data is automatically synchronized across devices for both free and premium users. Your data is stored securely in the cloud and persists unless you choose to delete it.
